Turning off vibrations in Inspire 3

My Fitbit One just died and since they are no longer around, I got an Inspire 3 since it's possible to use it in a clip.  However, it vibrates and buzzes every time I do something with it, and the only setting that I can find only allows me to switch between "Strong" and "Normal" vibrations.  I have turned off all notifications, but no help.  Is there any way to turn the vibrations off completely?  If not, is there another similar tracker that does not vibrate?  Maybe the Inspire 2?  Thank you all in advance for your help.

Hi, @Pfiga welcome, you may find the manual useful for Notifications from your phone provided you are happy not to receive any notifications on your device turn on DND.
