Inspire 3 stuck on time screen

Fitbit went flat. After charging it only displays the clock page. Swiping up or down has no effect even after syncing with the app.

Hi there, @vbeard. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still stuck on the time screen. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please check if your Inspire 3 is on "Always-On" display mode as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your Fitbit device to see other features and stats. To turn it off, please follow the steps below:

  1. Swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings.
  2. Tap the Settings app > Display settings > Always-on display.
  3. Tap Always-on display to turn the setting off. To set the display to automatically turn off during certain hours, tap Off-hours.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
