For the past year and through August 3, 2024, Inspire was (mostly) accurately tracking my sleep and readiness data. For the past few days, it is showing no data, even though the device remains securely on my arm. Today, as I was walking it wasn't accurately tracking step data. Then it suddenly jumped from around 6000K steps (which was inaccurate, it should have been higher) to over 33,000 steps. I reset the device, and the steps reduced to 25,000 steps (still inaccurate as I walked about 9,000 steps today) and still no sleep data. I have reset the device multiple times and still no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this, and, if so does anyone have a solution. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums @johndib.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding the steps and sleep and for trying to fix it on your own through the resets you performed. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing with those features.
Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".
Also, you can find more useful information about the accuracy of Fitbit devices and how to adjust your stride length and dominant hand settings here. This feature is going to help your tracker to be more accurate.
Regarding sleep, please considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.
