New inspire 3 not giving vibrations notification for on the hour movement even though it is on in app

Hi @Banti. Good to see you participating for the first time in the community. 

Thank you for providing the details regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 3. 

If I'm not mistaken, are you referring to the Reminders to move? 

Please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
  3. Turn off "Reminders to move" on the Fitbit app.
  4. Always make sure the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off. To do this, check the instructions described here.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Turn back on "Reminders to move" and sync again: From the Today tab tap the devices icon > Tap Reminders to Move > turn Reminders to Move on or off.

In addition, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.
