Screen is clean no cracks or scratches no dust or anything but my fitbit auto scrolls and clicks buttons randomly

As @Gr4ndp4 has mentioned, would you mind sharing more details of the issue? If you're having issues with the button, please try Gr4ndp4's steps. On the other hand, if the touchscreen isn't working, restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @Matty246 , welcome to the community. It would be helpful if you could clarify "Fitbit auto scrolls and clicks buttons randomly" Is the screen flickering?
Do you always end up in the same place after you have seen these symptoms?
Is it possible there is a deposit of skin care products on the screen? I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) to clean my Inspire 3 (and my keyboard & mouse) they can get a bit grubby.
