Hey! The screen on my Fitbit inspire 3 went completely white a few days ago and I can’t seem to fix it. I’ve had it for less than a month and been very careful not to damage it in anyway.
After a bunch of googling it feels like I’ve tried all the methods people suggest. I’ve tried to restart it, didn’t work. I’ve tried resetting the clock face, didn’t work. I can’t think of any way it would be moisture damage but I even tried putting it in rice for 24h and the screen still just stays completely white. At this point I have no idea what else to try.

Try hard restarting your device by holding the buttons for 10 seconds while it is on the charger. If this doesn't work, let it run out of charge, then charge it up again.
Does it sync?

Hey! yeah I have tried the restart method. I'm currently waiting for it to charge out to see if that works.
It does still synch with the app yeah.
