Inspire 3 won’t charge…

My Inspire 3 says it’s charging when I plug it in. Then it keeps vibrating and dropping the battery percentage down? It keeps restarting and won’t charge properly. Really need help. :0(

Have you tried using another USB port, adapter or wall socket?

If you are using a quick charge wall adapter, try using a normal charge one.

Thanks for the response. The problem was solved by using a different socket. Thanks

My Fitbit won’t charge or turn on or anything idk why it just was charging and now it stopped and won’t turn on

If you already tried the steps described here:Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

then leave the Inspire 3 to charge for at least 30 minutes and then try restarting it, by connecting the Inspire 3  to the charging cable. 

2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.

I tried it it still won’t work and I tried different outlets too

Hi @xavier135gg,are you using the proper charger that came with the watch, if not use that, or order one off fitbit.
