Inspire 3 - won’t hold charge

i just got my fitbit 2 days ago it’s died 3x. i had an inspire 2 and wanted an upgrade that battery would last about a week. i updated it, prongs aren’t dirty everything is new. but a charge won’t hold. anyone else had this issue? if so what did u do to fix it? i might have to return it

I appreciate all the steps you already tried. 

Please confirm if you are running the latest Fitbit app update (4.58). How do I update the Fitbit app?

I also suggest you to verify if your phone is up-to-date.  For more information, refer to Check & update your Android version or Update your iPhone or iPad.

Finally, confirm if you tried to restart your device, as explained here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
