i just got my fitbit 2 days ago it’s died 3x. i had an inspire 2 and wanted an upgrade that battery would last about a week. i updated it, prongs aren’t dirty everything is new. but a charge won’t hold. anyone else had this issue? if so what did u do to fix it? i might have to return it

Please confirm if you are running the latest Fitbit app update (4.58). How do I update the Fitbit app?
