Inspire 3 won't pair anymore

I did not use my inspire 3 for days, after charging it and trying to sync the device with the phone, it was not successful. Now I did all the troubleshooting in the video on the app but the device just don't connect with the phone after taping the 4 digits code for pairing.

I have the same problem and tried everything in the videos. Who can help? I have even deleted the app and reinstalled. Now what?

@Decos11 it sounds like you also removed the tracker from your Fitbit app, and never fixed the communication issue. 

  • Have you removed the Inspire from your phones Bluetooth? 
  • Updated the Fitbit app? 
  • Cleared the Fitbit data? You will have to log back in. 
  • Try removing all other apps from memory? 
  • Restart phone
  • Restart the inspire. https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14194938
  • Try setting up again.

I did all of that, I delete the app, clean any cache remain on the phone, restart it and then try back again and this is what it says
