Inspire 3 won't pair

Hi, untill recently my device worked perfectly. Now the device gives me a 4 digit code to enter in my phone app. Device says “pairing” but somehow it stops there. Tried already to reset app and device. Reset bluetooth etc. Nothing works.Can someone help please ? Thanks a lot

Possibly time to perform a Factory Reset:

  • Use phone settings to unpair the Inspire 3 device from the phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Put the Inspire 3 device into the charging cradle, confirm that it is charged to at least 30%, and then press/hold the two side buttons for at least 10 seconds
  • Confirm that the Inspire 3 is displaying a Fitbit logo and a message to download the app
  • Confirm that your phone has an Inspire 3 device showing up as an available BT device for pairing
  • Reinstall the app
  • Complete the device setup

Thanks Bill, the Fitbit logo appears for 1” while pressing both side buttons and then back to black. BT off and on doesn’t help. Reset phone. Deleted the app first… The device doesn’t seem to find my phone. All other BT devices work.

The device is defective so, if it is less than one year old, you can return it for a replacement under the Factory 1-year warranty.
