In addition to never getting detailed sleep results, and Breating Rate and HRV heart metrics, my wife is also not getting the Heart Rate curves displayed on the app at least 50% of the time, but the Heart Rate curves are always on the dashboard.
Does anyone else have this missing Heart Rate curve issue on the app?
There doesn't seem to be any way to sync the dashboard to the app to get those missing Heart Rate curves to show up on the app either, which is very annoying.

My known good Inspire 3 device that I gave my wife to use has been consistently performing poorly for the last 2 weeks now; no sleep stage details, and Breathing Rate and HRV heart metrics, every day, and missing Heart Rate curves (only on the app; they are on the dashboard) about 50% of the time.
I purchased a replacement Inspire 3 for myself after giving my known-good device to my wife to use and it performs well also, so it is very clear to me at this point in time that Inspire 3 devices perform very well for some people, but they perform very marginally for other people, for reasons that I can't explain.
I welcome any feedback from anyone that may help me to understand what is going on with these Inspire 3 devices, and it would be even better to receive a device firmware and/or app software update that resolves this sleep tracking performance issue.

@Bill_209 Can you add a screenshot of the missing data? A picture is with a thousand words. Sleep stages, breathing rate, and HRV all depend on detailed heart rate data. The explanation is complex, just know that it's a physiology thing.
Also, to clarify, are you missing the daily heart rate graph on your app? Do you use an Android or iPhone?
I also want to add that every now and then, I get sleep patterns (not stages) and am missing breathing rate and HRV, too. The older app version, before the big redesign, used to say that I didn't get sleep stages because my Fitbit couldn't get detailed heart rate data. That message/feedback is gone. Yet my web dashboard had a heart rate trace.

Thank you for the reply, @LZeeW .
I wore the device that my wife is currently wearing for 2 months before giving it to her on 21-May, just to make sure that it was a known-good device for this experiment (she had 3 others that had the same issue that my device is now having when she wears it). We both have Samsung S10 phones.
She has worn my device for 10 days now and she is missing the HR curve for 5 of those days on the app, but all the missing HR curves are on the dashboard. Basically, if the 'Today' curve is missing on a given day, then the HR curve for that day is missing the next day as well.
She also doesn't get detailed sleep results with sleep stages every day, or Breathing Rate and HRV data either. The SDK documentation states that Breathing Rate and HRV data won't be returned if the sleep stages can't be determined, so at least I understand why that is happening now.
I tried to embed a screenshot of the missing HR curves, but it says that I can't do that because it is illegal content? What's the trick to adding photos to these messages?

It's been more than 3 weeks now with no sleep stage details, and Breathing Rate and HRV heart metrics every single day.
Still waiting for a new device FW and/or app SW release that resolves this performance issue, so my wife can start getting the Premium sleep tracking features that she's paying for.

I just discovered this morning that the missing HR curves in the Heart tile are being displayed in the Zone Min tile, so this definitely an app SW bug that should be resolved ASAP

The V4.19 Android app update didn't resolve the problem, so we're still waiting for a device firmware and/or app software update that does.
