My Inspire 3 won’t respond when I try to swipe up and down or left to right. It also will not recognize tapping to change the watch face. I can use the "buttons" to turn on and off the face or tap to wake it up, but otherwise completely unresponsive. It also seems to not be holding a charge anymore.
I have tried:
• Syncing the device from the app.
• Restarting my device.
• Changing the clock face.
• Disconnecting and reconnecting to the app.
Nothing seems to work. I got my Inspire in 2023. Does it only have a 3 year shelf life?

Hi, @web4win, welcome. May I suggest you check if your Inspire 3 is charged? In the "Today" app on your phone, the icon in the top left will display the battery %. If you can't see a value there, it would indicate the battery is fully discharged. If this is the case, you should check the charging cable. Give the back of your Inspire 3 a rub with warm, soapy water to ensure the contacts are clean. Examine the two spring-loaded pins on the charge cable puck to check they are of equal height and freely moving. Examine the USB plug at the other end of the cable, the USB socket you are using, and, if you have a USB brick, check the pins that go into your power source. These last connections might have become worn if you connect & disconnect them frequently; they do not have a reputation for being well-made. If neccassary try another USB brick or try charging another device from the brick you are using. If you suspect the charging cable or brick is at fault, replacements are available on Amazon for a modest price.
If your Fitbit app indicates the Inspire 3 is holding a charge, consider a factory reset.
