I just got a new inspire 3 and it seems to do everything except show my steps.  It only shows steps when it is on the charger.  Why can’t I see it go up on my wrist throughout the day?

Hi there, @Gftrp21. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in  your post about the issue with your Inspire 3.

Please restart your Inspire 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
