Inspire 3 won't stop vibrating after update

I did a firmware update two days ago and yesterday, my Inspire started vibrating and wouldn't stop.  I tried restarting and even turned off notifications but nothing works.  I had to take it off and leave it to die but even at 0% battery power, whenever I touch it, it's vibrating again.  I got my Inspire 3 in 2023.  Is 2 years the life of an Inspire 3?
