Inspire 3 won’t sync to Strava

I recently got an Inspire 3 and thought I have linked it all up properly to Strava but it just won’t post any of my runs.

i spent over 3 hours talking to Fitbit support but all they suggest is to disconnect and reconnect to Strava which I’ve tried several times.

i thought this may be a problem with the Fitbit so i was able to exchange it for a new one but this new one doesn’t work either.

has anyone experienced this or knows who I could ask for help? Or if you have a full set up guide of all settings that need to be turned on that would be really useful to try work through

I assume that you already read this: How do I connect Fitbit with another app?

Are you recording your activities with GPS?
Keep in mind, that only the activities recorded with GPS data will be shared between Strava and Fitbit.
