Inspire 3 won’t sync with new iphone

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not syncing with your iPhone. 

There are some essential requirements for synchronization, please check each one:

  • 1- Your iPhone has the latest version of the Fitbit application installed.
  • 2-Your iPhone has a data connection or Wi-Fi connection.
  • 3- Your iPhone software is up to date.
  • 4- The Bluetooth of your iPhone is activated.
  • 5- Your iPhone is not receiving other Bluetooth signals. (speakers, headphones)
  • 6- If you use more than one device to synchronize, make sure that only the one you want to synchronize is nearby.
  • 7- The battery charge of your Fitbit device is not too low.
  • 8- You do not have available updates.
  • 9- Battery saver on your iPhone is turned off.
  • 10- The Fitbit application is authorized to run in the background on your phone.

Hi @Nancyden! Thank you for your reply. 

Since your Inspire 3 is still not syncing, please try to set up your tracker as new:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Inspire 3.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Inspire 3,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have tried twice to add a new inspire 3 and I keep getting something went
wrong and stops me for adding a device🫤What else can I do?????

Have you tried opening your app on another phone? If you have, and it hasn't synced my best advice from here is to contact technical support.

They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.
