Inspire 3 won't sync

I’ve done everything they said to get my Fitbit to sync finally threw it away screw them I just bought it a year ago

Everything in the article it said to do , shut off my phone , unpair everything , uninstall the app , sign out , it’s updated to the new version, reset it while on the charger , I’m done messing with it , so I threw it out , junk as far as I’m concerned.
