Inspire 3 won't sync

My fitbit is not syncing with my phone. I have che red my Bluetooth, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have shut down the fitbit and my phone and restarted both. When it goes to paring it says there is an error and can't sync.

I have done all the steps to sync, shut off phone, reinstall app, checked Bluetooth, did everything I was told by support, nothing worked. Then all of a sudden it worked. Woke up this morning not working. I see a few people are having the same problem, I feel it must be the Inspire 3 itself, it is flawed. I have had this Fitbit for 2 months, not happy, company should replace and no I did not get a warranty on it. This product is crab. This has been going on now for 3 days.

Same problem here! My Bluetooth says I have no app installed and the app says I have no Bluetooth??very frustrating.

I researched this problem on the internet, it says it is a common complaint with the inspire 3. Fitbit should fix the problem and give us an update on the correction. Unbelievable.

This is ridiculous. I can't believe Fitbit can get away with this. I bought my Inspire 3 about three months ago and a couple of days ago it just stopped syncing. I have tried everything (restart, unpair/repair, uninstall/install etc.) multiple times and it is still not working.

I replied yesterday that it was fixed by downloading app ver 4.26. Syncing and pairing worked yesterday. Until 238am today when the app updated to ver 4.28 and syncing stopped. Ps I had updates turned off

App says I need a update (FW I assume) since I have the 188 version. But it's not available. So I am back where I was 2 days ago with app ver 4.28 which does not sync.
