It's been 5 days now and I have been unable to sync my versa 3. At this rate it's pretty much a piece of junk. Are other people dealing with this and has anyone who is dealing with this recently found a solution? Any insight would be helpful as I have tried absolutely everything suggested on the help site.
Update: I'm sorry I didn't mean versa I meant Inspire 3...

restart phone and try to sync again.
or, on phone, go to bluetooth, forget, re-pair, and try sync again.

I am in the same spot. Yesterday the battery level stopped syncing. I finally got it to sync but now it is stuck on 100% charge which it is not if you look at the device and it will not sync steps and I have steps. I worked with support twice for over an hour each time and nothing worked. I think it is their app but I guess I am the only one who complained to them so they are not admitting an outage.

I don't think there is an outage but I do think there is a sync prob with the latest release of the fitbit app, maybe...........

I have not seen the steps missing yet. How old is your Inspire 3? warrantee-able?
Maybe (if android) should do a
on phone do settings/apps/fitbit/storage clear cache and data. You will have to log in to fitbit app next time you use it and will have to re-do any settings you changed, but it might clear things...

same issue with my inspire 3. I charged it the other day and now it’s saying low charge. Won’t sync

I just got mine for Christmas I’ve called twice with issues. They sure aren’t as good as they used to be. I think this is my 5th or 6th different one. I guess it’s time to go to another brand. Back in the day they’d just send you replacement or ask you to send the old one and send a replacement.
