Inspire 3 won't sync

My Inspire 3 is less than 5 months old & the screen is stuck on ‘Sync from Fitbit app’ after trying to do an update. Called helpline & they couldn’t resolve the problem so I have to return it to Poland. Anyone else had this problem? It’s so frustrating 😏

Hi there, @Salcombegirl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not syncing. I understand how frustrating this can be.  

As you mentioned, I've seen that you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Inspire 3 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
