Fitbit app says I’ve done 3215 steps and won’t change. My Fitbit records however many steps I do but as soon as I sync it goes to the same as my app 3215. Have been to online chat and followed all their instructions and it hasn’t helped at all. Had my Fitbit for 3 months and this issue only started today.

Hi there, @Dill276, Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not updating your step count. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since you've contacted our Support Team and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step since the recommendations provided didn't work.
In the meantime, please make sure that you've restarted your Fitbit device as instructed here.

The troubleshooting tips they offered did nothing and they said to contact them again if it did not work. I did this and was told to contact them yet again. Going round in circles. The device is only 3 months old.
