Inspire 3 won't vibrate during programmed interval workout

Hello! I just finally figured out how to program an interval workout on my Inspire 3, but I can't get the watch to vibrate to alert me when it's time to run/walk. In the watch, it says "rest/move" which is fine, but I need to feel it while I run. Thanks.
