Inspire 3 won’t vibrate

My Fitbit Inspire 3 used to vibrate, but a few days ago (~3-4) it stopped vibrating. Timers, when finished, don’t vibrate or show up on the screen. Same thing with alarms. (Which is extra bad, because I use Fitbit alarms to wake up!) If it helps, I have 5 alarms set up.

I saw & read the other article with a similar title to this one, and tried all of the suggested solutions to this problem, but none of them did anything (I.E. reset fitbit, disconnect & reconnect fitbit, make sure do not disturb/sleep mode isn’t on)

If anyone has a solution to this problem, please reply with it! I’ll respond when I’ve fixed the problem.

P.S. I fear this may be a software problem, and the only way to fix it is for a software update with bug fixes to come around (which would be quite rare, from what I’ve seen).

Hi, @Asteroid1 welcome, Clearly it all worked before so I suspect you have inadvertently changed a setting. Allowing you have reset your Inspire 3, start by swiping down from the clock face to and touch "settings">swipe up to check quiet mode is off>swipe up to vibrations set on strong (if the band is not "snug" you may not feel the vibrations even if set on strong - do not wear your device loose)>return to the clock face. Alarms should vibrate even during quiet mode, is your phone nearby when you sleep? A fallback might be to set a clear alarm on your phone though I appreciate this is not satisfactory. 

Have you seen Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? (I apologise if you have)

Try changing the clock face to another, counter-intuitive but it sometimes works.

I've tried to replicate your problem without success, if you continue to have this experience I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for prompt attention. It's a good idea to note the steps you've taken & results before your call so you can brief the agent clearly and give them the opportunity to move your issue forward.
