Hi @Minnow32  you can get the band from Fitbit's Store or you can find local retailers who carry them. Amazon is fine, but be sure the band is for the Inspire 3.

Thanks for the info. i only need the little bad that keeps the wrist strap from hanging out.

Oh, then that's an easy fix. I used to have a band and used a pony tail holder (silicon type rubber band) to hold the strap in place. Maybe you could find a silicon band at a dollar store, which come in many colors and see if it works for you. IF you're under warranty, you should get with customer service.
