Inspire 3 won't show WhatsApp notifications

Inspire 3 cannot show notifications from WhatsApp even all the set up is done like blur tooth connection, allowing share data, latest version update in FITBIT. There is nothing and is blank under the tab asking which app we want to receive notification. It works in the past and just not working since last week

Thanks for sharing with me the situation about your Inspire 3, I also appreciate the steps you have already done, let me suggest you the following tips that might be helpful for your case:

Check your phone
-Your phone must be within 30 feet of your Fitbit device to receive notifications.
-You won’t see text notifications if you have the conversation open on your phone. Your Fitbit device shows new, unread texts.
-You won’t see notifications if you turned on settings such as focus, do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode on your phone.

Check your Fitbit device
-You won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the do not disturb or sleep mode setting. To change these settings, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 
 -If device lock is active on your Fitbit device, tap your Fitbit device's screen to unlock your device.
 -Check if notifications are turned off on your device.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion and unfortunately all are checked and done but it still doesn’t work.

It is not just my issue but my husband also got the same issue like me.

It seems that there is something wrong with IOS update or synchronisation with Google and/or with Inspire 3.

Can you please advise how to fix ?

I am very familiar with the notification function and it worked smoothly until yesterday where I cannot get any.
