Recently the issue arose that I can use the watch normally, but I can't see my speed when going/walking/running. The issue first happened around First of November.
The watch does not show a speed or step count, but it's shown in the app later. I reset my watch today, still no effect. Sometimes it detects something (like I walk 3km, but 250 m are shown), most of the time nothing. On the treadmill the watch measures approximately correct values, but in the past it was showing more, now less. Both the app and my phone system are updated with the newest versions. The battery was not a factor.
I read that Kartik33 already wrote about this. I just wanted to add that the issue still exists and that the simpliest methods did not lead to success (restart, reset, battery).
The length of my steps is measured automatically. I can try with a manual value and report later. Just wanted to add my case.

Side note: I use LineageOS version 21 (Android 14) on a Google Pixel 4a and my Fitbit Inspire 3 has the firmware version 63.20001.26. My app version is version 4.29 (last updated 4th of November). Just in case this might play a role for the developers. 🙂
