Thank you so much for letting us know that you cannot check notifications of the app "KakaoTalk" in your Inspire 3.

Please make sure you receive a notification from this app first on your iPhone.

Then try to set up this type of notifications in your Fitbit app again:

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (left upper corner) > Inspire 3.
Tap Notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Fitbit device to your phone.
Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
Sync your device.
