Am I looking in wrong in the wrong setting? There are very few clockfaces, the faces with the right fonts are the wrong colors and the faces with the right colors default to the wrong apps/statistic data. I can’t customise to my own preferences like other smartwatches I’ve tried.

I have also looked for the feature suggestion option but it says that the post has been removed.

Hi @hobomobo and welcome to the community
I think you are probably looking at the wrong settings. If you are on your profile on the app, go to discover, and scroll down until you see watch faces. If you see apps, scroll the right, and watch faces should be their. If you still can see it, go to the very bottom and click apps & watch faces. If you on the profile for you inspire 3, discover won't be there, but at the top there will be Inspire 3, watch faces, and apps. Click watch faces and you should be there. If none of this works for you, check if you have the real fitbit app, and if so, try updating the app. If absolutely nothing works, chat to the professionals here - https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hi, if I go to the app, my profile, there is no ‘discover’ option. There are only ‘Personal, Badges, Groups, Guided Programs and Health Assessments’.

I tapped ‘Inspire 3, Gallery, Clocks’. There are 21 clockface presets, none of which I can fully customise to my liking in terms of fonts, colors and widgets. I was wondering if there is an advanced option to customise it like other smartwatches

I'm sorry @hobomobo , but you cannot customise any of the clock faces, only add them to your watch, and I will post a screenshot of the discover part as soon as I can, but it might take a while, as my fitbit app is on the family laptop. 21 clock faces is the right amount though. Some of the clock faces are interactive, which might be what you are thinking of. The inspire 3 comes with all the clock faces and apps you can add to the watch, so contact help if you want to campaign for more. Pls add a like if this helps 😏 🥴

Hello @hobomobo and welcome to the Community.  You mentioned other smartwatches.  To clarify, Fitbit makes smartwatches and trackers.  The Inspire 3 is a tracker.  All clocks are made by Fitbit.  I have experience with several different trackers.  I don't think I've ever seen a customizable clock face on any tracker.

By today’s standard, there is a blur line between a tracker and smartwatch. An actual tracker would be something like Whoop 4.0 or heartrate monitors we use for cycling/swimming.

The Garmin Vivoactive 4.0 for example is a tracker and allows customisation, you can add a custom picture, type of clock, widgets.

@hobomobo Garmin sells Vivoactive 4 as (quote) "GPS SMARTWATCH BUILT FOR YOUR ACTIVE LIFESTYLE". There is no just one definition of what a smartwatch is nowadays. For example, I own Garmin Fenix 7 and it has plenty of functions of smartwatches (it's programmable, has communication features, and many more) but for me, it's a sports watch (neither tracker nor smartwatch). I think every user holds to own definition of what a smartwatch/tracker is and isn't. From my understanding, Galaxy Watch 5 and Apple Watch are smartwatches but Sense 2 is a tracker in the body of a smartwatch. Sense on the other hand, I always saw it as some middle ground and used to categorize it as "smartwatch-wannabe". All lies in the definition and definition is very fluid (or rather non-existent).
