To the guy who asked about long sleeves affecting his Fitbit, this is absolutely accurate for my Inspire 3. I’ve noticed for the past couple of years that when I take my routine daily walk in short sleeves, my entire walk is “zone” minutes. Exact same walk in long sleeves, none of it will be “zone” minutes. Every single time. My activity log would bear this out.
