Lost all data

Fitbit app went down yesterday. I logged in and it has now lost ALL my data. I’m in despair.

I logged into the app today and my data is intact.  It's also there when I logged into Fitbit.com on my computer.  The data is stored in the cloud so it shouldn't be lost even though the servers were down for a few hours.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , usually when folks report that they have lost all data it turns out that they accidentally set up a new account rather than logging in to their usual account.  I would advise trying to think of any other email address you might have used and try that.  As mentioned by @lmacmil once data is synced to your Fitbit account it is stored on the Fitbit servers rather than in your app.  I also was affected by issues yesterday but all my data is still there.  This is what I would expect.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
