Low heart rate alert off but still notifying

Hello, have a Fitbit Inspire 3 and after a heart issue (AFib) heart rate is now lower due to meds. Since then keep getting low heart rate notifications. Not a bad thing but annoying during the night or watching TV etc… I’ve turned high / low notifications totally off and still alerts. I’ve turned on low and changed from default and have it set at 36bpm. It still alerts at 44 / 42 / 39 etc.
What can I do to actually turn off notifications without stopping HR monitoring totally?
