I've manually added exercises, and the calories do not adjust to the increased activity. The average cals are 3/min, while similar exercise that I have recorded by start/stopping on the watch log 6 cal/min. I saw elsewhere to turn off "calorie estimation" in settings, but I looked everywhere on the app and desktop and do not see that option. I have an Inspire 3.

Hello @glars and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote. If you tapped on the "+" sign and manually added an exercise using the Log option, then you are using a feature that is designed for older model trackers (that don't have an Exercise app) or if you weren't wearing your Fitbit. Please start/stop your exercises using the Exercise app or let SmartTrack, the auto recognition feature, do it for you.
Your Fitbit uses your heart rate to estimate your calorie burn. If you are wearing your Fitbit and Log an exercise, Fitbit uses a huge database to estimate calories and overwrites your Fitbit data.
