Thank you for sharing the question regarding your Inspire 3.
In order to turn off these notifications you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on the upper left icon > Tap on Inspire 3 > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail notifications and you'll see the option to disable this feature. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well.
If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Inspire 3.
