My Inspire 3 is not showing heart rate or sleep info

My Inspire 3 is not showing any data on heart rate or sleep. I pay for premium and it's been like this for 2 months. I couldn't find amy answers. I deleted the app, then downloaded it again, turned my watch off, turned it back on, synced..  and nothing. Any suggestions? Otherwise I will cancelling premium. Thank you

Inspire 3 is designed to be worn either on wrist or in a clip.  To get heart rate, it must be worn on wrist.  If you are wearing it on your wrist, check  in Quick Settings that it is not set for on clip instead of for on wrist.  That would turn off heart rate detection.

Swipe down from clock screen to get to Quick Settings.
