My Inspire 3 is showing the wrong time

I've just charged and the times completely wrong

Hi there, @JayneMB. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is showing the wrong time. I'll be glad to help you!

Did you already sync your Inspire 3? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharge it, maybe your Inspire 3 just needs to sync to update the time. 

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Inspire 3 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
