My experience with the Inspire 3

I’ve been a Fitbit wearer for 8 years or so, from the Fit One and graduating to the Charge, Inspire and now Inspire 3. I am SO disappointed with Inspire 3. From short battery life (which I am not aware of until it happens, b/c of the tiny battery icon to see what is left in the battery!). I shut down any notifications and removed reminders about moving, thinking that was using up the battery life, along with turning off the auto wake,  I wish I had my old Inspire(the wrist broke and there are no replacements made for it). It was a gem and latest 3 years or so.

As much as I am angry about the horrible update that no one likes, I will say I think you have a defective tracker.

Prior to this awful, useless update, I was very happy with my Inspire 3. I have notifications and reminders turned on, always. The only thing I don’t use is the raise to wake feature, as that did affect battery life. I had no issues until the ridiculous update. I think you need to contact them and get a replacement ASAP!

I used a charge until the 4th time it fell off my wrist and got lost. Like the improved Inspire wrist band and charging procedure. Love the battery life. Wonder why you have a short one.

Do you also have issues with the touch screen and difficulty scrolling to other features besides the main screen? I just posted a thread about my Inspire 3 and I am so furious with it.

The menu is easier to navigate than the charge was, but sometimes I can’t get it to scroll when I want to. Auto wake keeps turning off inadvertently. I don’t have recording my workouts.

Funny- I keep Auto wake off always, yet it periodically turns on! I’m glad that’s an easy fix, I wish the sleep was.
