My inspire 3 keeps changing its language from English to French can you tell me what to do

@Rose1205 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message. 

 

Please make sure that the language on the mobile device used to sync the Inspire 3 is on your preferred language.

 

Also go to fitbit.com and log in. 

Tap on the settings (gear icon, upper right corner) . 

Under personal settings >language/region make sure that you have chosen a country with your needed language. 

 

Don't forget to save all the changes made. 

Then sync the Inspire 3 with your mobile device
