I hate my Fitbit, or rather, the entire Fitbit association. The device itself works reasonably must of the time, but the app interface is beyond comprehension. It’s inconsistent, it’s wrong, and I just cannot cope with it anymore. Why? Why do there have to be so many problems? It normally registers all my physical activity, but not yesterday. Then when I manually input my workout, it doubles the zone minutes and saying I was in that range for 2 hours, when clearly I was not per my heart rate data. Then I deleted the cardio load tile from the dashboard, but even after closing out of the spp completely before reopening, the cardio load question is still there. I mean, what the absolute HELL are you up to Fitbit? These are of course relatively minor complaints, but imagine this day in and day out. It’s not the device itself but the app which has completely ruined the experience and the functionality of it. I guess I would like to know once and for all if you are committed to restoring the quality of the Fitbit experience, or if you are just committed to bringing it further down.

Well, that’s about the best way to get to the truth by hitting Fitbit with the truth! Great posting!
I am so sick of the mistakes, the inconsistencies, syncing issues, coordination of data and the ridiculous “warnings” of exactly how Fitbit thinks I don’t work out good enough and the next day tells me to slow down and relax! AND, to think Fitbit did not even want to discuss with me on the phone and mandated that I must post on here, get a lot of votes, before they will even look at an issue!

I've just given up with mine today. My old one (Insp2) died so I bought Insp3. Set it up but it didn't show heart rate or anything apart from steps. I contacted support, went through troubleshooting, it still didn't work so I ended up getting a replacement. I set it up yesterday. Same issue. I reset everything - back to factory reset - then sat watching over it as it updated. It came up with a red X and a 'try again '. When I looked in app to update again the prompt had vanished. I emailed to 'reopen' the case as instructed. I've heard nothing. I was a Fitbit user for years but this has finished it for me. Absolutely appalling customer service, lack of help, shoddy trackers and useless updates. I've just bought a tracker from a different company, I'll be deleting my Fitbit app and never using them again. I was an advocate of Fitbit for years - now I'll advise anyone who asks to buy anything BUT a Fitbit. I'm done.
