I most definitely did not log 4580 steps while I was sleeping. This has happened a few times.
Problem 1: Besides deleting the entire day of data, which I loath to do, I can't figure out a solution to fix the extra steps. Can I delete just one hour? If so, how? I'd really rather not delete the entire day of data and lose the other ~4000 steps I've gotten towards my goal today.
Problem 2: What's happening to cause lots of extra steps while sleeping?! There's also no way I tossed and turned enough for that many steps. What's causing this and how do I make it stop?
Inspire 3. I wear it in a waist clip 99% of the time. iPhone 16 pro.

Sleep walking again, huh??? 😉 I would try de-pairing, forget, re-pair, and hope... what phone?/watch?/app version?
