Hello,
for many weeks now I have tried to update my Inspire 3’s clock face to a newer one, even updating the app, but it doesn’t work. How can I change it? Also, I heard that the app will be updated soon. Thank you.

Hi, @Michigan_tech23 you need to go to the app to update the clock face on your Inspire 3. On the opening screen of your app click on the icon top left. If you still have the old app then it is the person photo/icon. On the new app it is a watch and smart phone icon.
On the next screen click on your device (Inspire 3) and then on the device settings screen choose Gallery and then Clocks. Scroll through and select your preferred clock face.
Make sure you sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app so that the changes are reflected on your wrist.
The updated app is available now and if your app has not automatically updated you can update it by going to the Apple or Google app stores, depending on what phone you use. I really like the new app, and find it very customisable, but it is fair to say that it is not universally popular and it may take a little time to get used to it.
