New user with new device can't get past login screen. I get to permission checklist and it loops back to login. Am using Google login. Thanks in advance for your help.

In order to investigate this, could you please provide us with the phone model and the OS version it uses? (eg. iPhone 14 iOS 18.2, Pixel Phone 6 Android 14, etc)?
In the meantime, please try turning your phone off/on. Try to log in again.
If the issue persists: instead of trying to log in with the Google Login option, try inputting the email address and password manually.
Let me know how it goes.
This will help me determine if the Google Log in button is presenting errors or it's caused by the app itself.

How did it go with the logging by inputting the email and password yourself?
