I’ve had issues with charging since I got my new Inspire 3 a couple weeks ago. It was hit or miss getting it to initially charge. It’s now down to 15% and I tried charging last night but after an hour, no change. Giving it a try again today (and I also performed a reset). Do I have a faulty charging cable? Help!

Hi, @TrackerMom858, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center With the Inspire 3 the connection to the device can only be made if the pins are aligned with the correct end of the device, the horns on the puck are different sizes. This Video demonstrates at 3:19 what a successful connection looks & sounds like. As mentioned in the link above if you are having problems you should carefully verify the USB socket is live & reliable, when charging takes place you get a "Charging screen" on the Inspire 3. Try alternative power bricks or USB sockets with other devices to see if they are charging as expected. If a USB socket gets a lot of use it can sometimes become unreliable. Ensure the back of your Inspire 3 is clean & free from skin products (warm soapy water will do it). Finally, look closely at the two little pins in the cable puck, they should be of equal height and free, they are spring-loaded and should move a little if you gently wiggle them with a finger.
