Fitbit Inspire 3 horizontal green lines

 Fitbit that I have had for a little over a year seems to have damage to the screen. Not sure what could have caused it. Tried to restart, download different home screens, charge, etc. 

It was a gift that I won from a holiday party, and I'm probably not eligible to get it replaced. Very saddened and disappointed.

Hi, @Andreandrea welcome to the community, it looks like you have a faulty device. You may benefit from Fitbit's Warranty but this depends on where you are, when it was bought & from whom. Even if you are not eligible for a replacement I encourage you to contact "Customer Support" , work through steps one & two to get to the "Contact us" stage & use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
