My fitbit is not syncing with my account .. again. The steps accumulated on my fitbit do not shoe on my iPhone. Please advise

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In the end I deleted the Fitbit app from my iPhone and reinstalled for syncing to work
