I previously had a Fitbit2 for several years that stopped working so I recently purchased a new Fitbit3 that came with Premium but I don’t see it’s been credited to me and I’m being given the option to upgrade to it.
New Fitbit also keeps showing the message, “Download the app.”
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
