New Inspire 3 malfunctioning

Hi all ... I purchased my Inspire 3 Tracker on Amazon (Ordered November 1st, 2023 and Delivered November 7th, 2023). Everything worked fine and dandy. I loved my new tracker until recently, while on vacation (December 25th, 2023), the battery drained 30% in one day. I didn't pack in my charger as I was sure the battery would've lasted me on my trip. 

When I returned back home (Monday, December 31st, 2023), I charged my device as per normal to 100% but a full charge now lasted me a mere 2.5 - 3 days instead of the usual 10 days. 

Today (Friday, January 5th, 2024) - my tracker won't charge higher than 77% and short-circuits every 10 seconds with the FitBit logo flashing on screen.

Can anyone shed some insight as to what's going on and how I can rectify this issue?
