Got new Fitbit on Monday. Wore it less than 24 hours and it's dead. Like D-E-A-D. I don't have time to sit in the phone forever. What happened to live chat? I work in an area with a lot of scramblers so service is sketchy at best. When I look for the chat, it's nowhere to be found. Help.
