The new graphics to illustrate sleep data displays in a bar graph that is unreadable and hard to decipher. The previous version had a solid background with easy to view bar graphs and comparative data. The new version is unacceptable. We would like to return to the previous display. Is there a way to do so?

How? How did it work? We were discussing about the change in Sleep Pattern display. Has it changed? I still get the new one.

What? Has it reverted to the previous graphic? I still have the new one this morning. I hope this is not a dream and I can get the old one again. Thanks

It appears nothing has changed for the rest of us. And I just did the recent update. Will keep leaving 1-star negative reviews on the app — clearly Fitbit execs aren’t reading these posts detailing their customers’ extreme frustration here.

Maybe he's just "Done" with fitbit, nothing ever getting fixed.
This board is yet another example of poor implementation. No link back to the post you are replying to.

Adding my voice here to my extreme frustration with the new horrible unintelligible sleep timeline, sleep summary display. At first I thought my fitbit had a glitch, that's how drastic the change was. The worse thing is the new sleep timeline doesn't allow to you to press on it to check the time stamp!!! I have been using my fitbit to manage my epilepsy by tracking my sleep quality and sharing info w my doctors. This is pushing me to switch to other brands. I'm looking at Apple or xiaomi watches next.

I will not buy another fit bit. I use it for steps and sleep monitoring and given as my iPhone tracks steps and my Fitbit no longer is useful for tracking sleep. I see no need to stick with a product whose designers clearly don't care about the user experience.

I have to disagree that it is accurate. Look at the baseline and 30 day average, they are the same score. It's ridiculous that Fitbit had not come out with a statement regarding their next steps.

Totally agree. I will also not renew premium service.

So I always look at my sleep info on my phone app. But just now, because I had logged in to check out the forums, I looked at it on fitbit.com on my computer. And lo and behold, the old sleep graph is there, even though the app only shows the new, horrible, one. Is anyone else getting that?

Done! And if anyone looks at the recent reviews on the app they would never consider a Fitbit.

I feel the same about the new sleep graph. It’s dreadful. A design that has rendered it useless. I’m in search of another brand to switch to that’s how much I’m disturbed by the decision making capabilities of this brand.

The new interface/data representation is horrible. Did they not do any focus groups? I've not been feeling the premium is giving me much anyway and now with this I'm cancelling my account - even though it isn't exclusive to premium. Just not feeling it so much now with the fitbit.
