The new graphics to illustrate sleep data displays in a bar graph that is unreadable and hard to decipher. The previous version had a solid background with easy to view bar graphs and comparative data. The new version is unacceptable. We would like to return to the previous display. Is there a way to do so?

I agree! Once again they have made horrible changes for no apparent reason. What did they actually improve? They just made it so you have to search for your info. What does that do for anyone? I challenge Fitbit/Google to come out and actually explain to us their reasoning.....
I got on to see if anyone else hated the new graphics - particularly the sleep info. PLEASE fitbit, put them back the way they were! These are unreadable, unhelpful, and just truly awful. Please put them back the way they were. Please!!!
Hi ErieEllie - this chat keeps getting people requesting that the Sleep Graphics be changed back. But I just noticed that your initial post has been marked as answered. So I’m not sure Google Customer Support is seeing any of the additional posts.
It doesn’t look like you were satisfied with the reply from Paul.
I agree. It is so difficult to read. Why change it for something that is not as good. Hopefully Fitbit will listen to these complaints and put it back to how it was.
I agree with all the comments. There is no excuse for redesigning the sleep stats to make it as graphically cluttered and unreadable. What kind of mindless manager signed off on this garbage? Sorry to be so pointed but there is NO ECCUSE. And it’s almost uneditable and every aspect is worse. You used to be able to easily delete sleep stages with a swipe. And when adding a new sleep period instead of it intuitively rolling back to the previous night, you have to manually change the date. And when I delete stages the whole thing has to be refreshed/re-synced. Every single aspect has been destroyed. I’m finally headed to Apple Watch. With every new design the whole app get worse.
Amen and amen! With every change they further destroy this app. Since the egomaniacal fools at Google took over they have gradually destroyed a once excellent app. But they don’t give a crap about their users so none of these comments will matter. Though I’m no huge fan of Apple, I’m headed to the Apple watch since their creators don’t constantly make everything worse. These Google basement dwellers don’t ever add features… they never add value. All they do is destroy. Very sad.
Longtime user of Fitbit. Paying for Premium mainly for sleep tracking. Just alerted that yearly subscription fee coming out of account today. Cancelled immediately although may be too late for first month. May renew - when the terrible new weird (worst anyone could design for customer) design goes back to previous - or an even better format. Why oh why?
I hate the fact that "Begin Sleep" and "I'm Awake" went away. The new design is stupid and doesn't work well at all. I shouldn't have to write down the time I began sleep then wait awhile after I wake up to indicate I'm awake. And, I prefer the old visual of how I slept. Changes should improve, not destroy usefulness!
