New heart rate data visualisation in app

Dear,

Since a few days I have a new heart rate visualisation in the app. I only see my heart rate zones in a graph. The minutes per zone (peak, energetic, fat burning) are no longer available and are all at 0. Can this be solved please or can I return to the old visualisation ? Moreover the minutes per zone for a longer period than a day are not there.

I have exactly the same problem if it's any comfort. Unstalling and reinstalling the app together with powering the phone off and back on have likewise failed. I'm hoping it's a back end problem that Fitbit are working on and can fix. Fingers crossed !

Ik have the same problem. The condition rate (Vo2max) has also gone. I hope it can be fixed soon.

The condition score is still on the app. You have to scroll down to see it.  I hate these random changes!

Ik heb alles al diverse keren geprobeerd, maar naar beneden scrollen, laat het ook niet zien. Alleen instellen van de melding te hoge/lage of onregelmatige hartslag. Verzonden vanaf mijn Galaxy

Doesn't work for me. Info when scrolling down on heart rate zones is all 0 min / 0%. And I can assure you I trained the last days so it should have data.

Yep, the same for me. All zeros for the heart rate zones for the past 10 days or so. Can only hope Fibit sorts it out at the back end. But I'm not holding my breath 😬.

I have the same issue with my Charge 2.  Like HK_Eagle, I have unintalled/reinstalled and cycled the phone.  Hoping there will soon be a resolution.
